Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage, also known as “assisted stretching”, is an ancient practice that originated in India, dating back to over 2,500 years ago! The practitioner guides your body into stretches and massages over the recipient’s clothing with palming and thumbing techniques. This ancient “healing touch” is known to lower stress, boost energy levels, stimulate circulation and increase flexibility.

Private Yoga Classes

We offer private one on one or group classes in addition to regularly scheduled classes during the week. Private yoga classes offer a personal touch to your practice experience, with individualized instruction that works with your schedule and goals for practice.

Class Rates: Drop in – $10 | 5 Class Pass – $45 | 10 Class Pass – $90
