Wednesday

Find Your Flow with Angie 5:30pm – 6:30pm

“Finding Your Flow”, refers to your connection with the present moment.  This moment is all there is, and yoga teaches us how to reconnect ourselves to it . Flowing through sun salutations, while connecting our breath to our movement, brings us right here to this eternal moment.  We learn that engaging in flow can happen anywhere in our lives where we truly engage in living.  Vinyasa Yoga is flowing from one pose to the next, moving breath and body in unison.  When the breath and body are aligned, the mind is fine!  We give ourselves mental freedom when we find our flow.  This class is intermediate, but everyone is welcome.

Yin Yoga and Sound Healing with Angie 7:00pm – 8:15pm

This practice is a more meditative approach to yoga. It combines long, but supported yoga stretches that teach us how to sit and breathe through life’s challenges. All postures are done on the floor with props to support them.  Each pose is held for several minutes, stretching the connective tissue in the joints. Expect a long savasana or yoga Nidra with sound healing.  Sound healing is a vibrational clearing through the harmonics of singing bowls, a gong, and other instruments.  This is a restorative release for mind, body, and soul!

Thursday

Shakti Flow Fusion with Lori 7:00 – 8:00am

In this fusion class we will warm up with vinyasa flow and breath work then practice a Kundalini kriya to increase our energy and flow for your early morning.
*Expect options for your level, sun salutations, invigorating breath work, mantras, moving and still meditations and Kriyas.
