TEACHERS

“My friend and I go here 2-3 times a week. Great classes for beginners and intermediate learners. Yoga instructors and reiki practitioners go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable – with suggested variations of poses for every single body, no matter what stage of practice. The vibe is very calming and cleansing. Classes are affordable! Please check out this GEM of Hamilton, Ohio.
